To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@herbspan.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless there is a defect in the product. In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product meets our requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping and handling charges. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping or handling charges associated with returning a product. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items that are returned to us.
